Velvet Spins Casino Free Spins for Australian Players
Velvet Spins free spins are used on pokies, with 120 spins included in the casino’s three-deposit welcome package. You can also find spins through game launches, weekend promotions and loyalty rewards, so there is more than one way to come across them.
How the 120 free spins package works
The main free spins offer is part of the three-deposit welcome package. It includes 120 spins in total, allocated to pokies. The package is spread across the first three deposits, with a 150% match of up to AU$2,000 available on each deposit. The maximum bonus credit across all three deposits is AU$6,000.
| Deposit | Match | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| First | 150%, up to AU$2,000 | Part of the 120-spin package |
| Second | 150%, up to AU$2,000 | Part of the 120-spin package |
| Third | 150%, up to AU$2,000 | Part of the 120-spin package |
The first deposit needs to be at least AU$20. The free spins from the first deposit apply to Egyptian Gold. The welcome package carries a 40× wagering requirement, so the spins and any related winnings are not simply cash that can be withdrawn immediately.
The spins are for pokies
The 120 free spins are allocated to pokies rather than live tables, roulette or other casino formats. Keep that in mind when choosing where to play them.
Where to find more free spins promotions
Velvet Spins also runs free spins campaigns as part of its ongoing promotions. These can be connected with new game launches, weekend reload offers and loyalty milestone rewards. Weekly promotions may also include free spins alongside prize drops, seasonal jackpots, tournaments, daily drops, hot tournaments, tailored missions and Mega Wheel game show events.
The exact promotion available to you depends on the campaign running on your account. A practical way to keep up is to opt in to account alerts and check the promotions shown after signing in. Before you start, look at the eligible game, the number of spins, the expiry date and any wagering condition attached to that campaign.
Velvet Spins Casino from Australia supports AUD across its games, promotions and cashier, with no currency conversion fees. That makes it easier to see the value of a spin or any resulting win in Australian dollars.
How to claim and use your free spins
The basic process is straightforward. You need an account, and registration includes your name, email, preferred currency and age confirmation. You choose AUD, confirm your email and confirm that you are at least 18. A location check is also performed.
- Open your accountTap sign up, enter the requested details, set a password and select AUD as your currency.
- Confirm your emailComplete the email confirmation step so the account is ready for promotions and play.
- Check the promotionOpen the current offers or account alerts and read the conditions attached to the free spins campaign.
- Choose the eligible pokieFor the first-deposit spins, open Egyptian Gold. Other campaigns may name a different eligible game.
- Play the spinsUse the allocated spins within the promotion rules, then check the balance and wagering progress in your account.
If you are already registered, the Login uses your registered email and password. A password reset is available through Forgot Password, with the reset sent by email or SMS. The browser-based platform works on desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android devices, so you do not need a dedicated app or APK.
Check the eligible game first
Honestly, this is the part most people skip. Free spins often apply to a particular pokie or campaign, so open the offer details before launching a game.
Wagering rules and what happens to spin winnings
The welcome package has a 40× wagering requirement. In simple terms, the relevant bonus amount or promotion balance must be wagered the required number of times before eligible winnings can be treated as withdrawable under the offer terms. The exact calculation depends on the promotion rules attached to the package.
The 120-spin no-deposit promotion also carries 40× wagering and has a maximum win of AU$100. That is a separate promotion from the 120 free spins included in the three-deposit package, so check which offer is active before you begin.
Here is a simple example of the multiplier: if an offer required wagering of AU$100, a 40× condition would mean AU$4,000 in qualifying wagers. This example explains the maths only; it does not change the terms of a specific campaign.
- Use the spins only on the game or games named by the promotion.
- Check whether the campaign has an expiry date before starting.
- Read how spin winnings contribute to wagering.
- Keep the maximum win in mind where the promotion includes one.
- Contact live chat before placing bets when using a no-deposit or similar promotion.
Bonus codes and offers must be valid for your region and within their expiry date, while bonused play follows the posted terms. If a promotion is no longer visible in your account, live chat is available 24/7, including before login.

Verification is required before your first Withdrawal. You may need to provide photo ID, such as the front and back of an Australian driver licence, plus a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Australian address. The name and address must match the account details.
Documents are reviewed within 24 hours, and resubmission is possible if a document is rejected. Withdrawal status can be followed in real time in your profile, with timestamps shown for the request.
Treat free spins as entertainment
Free spins do not remove the risk of gambling. Set a daily or weekly deposit limit in the Cashier, use session timers, and take a time-out or self-exclusion period if you need a break.
